Lloyd-Williams rejoins Bangor
Marc Lloyd-Williams
Lloyd-Williams was top scorer in Europe last season
Marc Lloyd-Williams has rejoined Bangor from Nationwide Conference-side Southport, as predicted by BBC Wales last week.

He had to wait until the transfer window opened to be able to play for the Welsh Premiership outfit, a decision blasted by manager Peter Davenport.

The 29-year-old Lloyd-Williams left Farrar Road in July after Bangor wanted to cut his wages for the new season.

The free-scoring striker from Llanberis enjoyed a remarkable season last year, finishing as the leading scorer in Europe with 66 goals.

That total included 47 in the league, meaning he was unsurprisingly named the League of Wales' player of the season.

Lloyd-Williams has made 20 appearances for Southport this season, scoring three goals.
