League Two strugglers Rotherham pulled off a major shock to knock Championship pacesetters Wolves out of the Carling Cup second round 4-3 on penalties.
Reuben Reid was the hero, firing home the winning penalty after a goalless encounter at the Don Valley Stadium.
Wolves, 68 places higher in the league standings, dominated possession early on but Rotherham's Danny Harrison's first-half strike clipped the crossbar.
But poor finishing littering the entire contest making penalties inevitable.
