2144: Armand Traore curls in a cross to the near post and Arsenal striker Eduardo da Silva just manages to get his head to it as the tension mounts.
2142: Extra-time is looming at Ewood Park and, if it's level after that, we have all the fun of penalties.
2138: FULL-TIME Man City 0-2 Tottenham A brave Spurs performance with 10-men and goals from Jermain Defoe and Steed Malbranque sees them into the Carling Cup semi-finals. Man City trudge off having lost for the first time at home this season.
2135: Denilson whips in a low free-kick to the near post and Arsenal defender Philippe Senderos just fails to get the vital touch to put it into the net as keeper Brad Friedel gratefully gathers.
2131: Blackburn have the upper hand over Arsenal but the game is on a knife-edge as the visitors are slowly coming back into it.

2107: Arsenal keeper Lukasz Fabianski saves at the feet of Roque Santa Cruz and the ball loops up into the air. Cruz looks like he will have a simple tap-in but Alexandre Song tracks back to clear for the Gunners.
2105: Spurs are hanging on as Martin Petrov shoots over for Man City, who are piling on the pressure.
2103: Were back underway at Ewood Park as Blackburn try to overhaul a 2-1 deficit against Arsenal.
2102: Man City boss Sven-Goran Eriksson takes action. Defensive-midfielder Dietmar Hamann goes off and the more attacking Geovanni comes on.

2021: Stephen Warnock is yellow-carded for a rash challenge on Denilson not long after David Dun slid his studs down the calf of Armand Traore as Blackburn struggle to cope with Arsenal's youngsters.

1903:Blackburn boss Mark Hughes has already spiced up the match against the Gunners. Arsenal have been quick to critcise Blackburn's physical approach in the past but Hughes said: "I watched the game against Chelsea and some of the tackles that were flying in were tackles that, maybe if Blackburn Rovers players were making similar tackles, then there would have been red cards involved."
