Manchester United and Everton retained their Milk Cup titles on finals night at the Coleraine Showgrounds on Friday.

United won the Premier section by beating Sheffield United 2-1 thanks to goals by Michael Ngoo and Etzaz Hussain to a Terry Kennedy consolation strike.

Ngoo scored on 16 minutes and Hussain midway through the second half, before Kennedy stabbed the ball home late on.

Hallam Hope scored two and Chris Long and Anton Forrester one each as Everton beat Watford 4-1 in the Junior Section.

Hope opened the scoring after four minutes and Long and Hope added further goals to make it 3-0 to the Merseysiders at half-time.

Forrester then got on the scoresheet and Oliver Sprague pulled one back for Watford.

In the subsequent Premier final, Shane Murray twice shot wide for Sheffield United in the early stages.

Ngoo converted a Robert Brady cross with a cool finish in the 16th minute to put Manchester United ahead against the run of play.

Ngoo fired wide before Hussain fired in the second with his left foot.

Kennedy stabbed the ball home for a late consolation for the Blades.
