Mukendi poised for Coleraine move

Marc Mukendi celebrates after scoring for Finn Harps

Bannsiders manager David Platt is set to make central defender Marc Mukendi his latest summer signing.

The 22-year-old has played for League of Ireland side Finn Harps on loan from Derry City.

The former Republic of Ireland youth international is the son of former Harps and Derry player Jose Mukendi.

Mukendi will Coleraine's fourth recent signing after defender Aaron Canning, midfielder Michael Hegarty and striker Rory Patterson joined the club.
