Gerry Flynn will be without some key players

Newry City are without three players for Tuesday night's CIS Cup third round first leg match against Ards.

Stephen Ferguson serves an automatic one-match suspension, Michael Collins also sits out a ban and another midfielder, Lee Feeney, is out injured.

Ards lie third in the IFA Championship, with six wins, two draws and a defeat from nine matches played.

The North Down club overcame Limavady United 4-1 on aggregate in the previous round to progress to this two-leg tie.
