Glentoran pair sign new contracts

Daryl Fordyce and Gary Hamilton have signed new contracts

Glentoran players Gary Hamilton and Daryl Fordyce have signed contract extensions with the east Belfast club.

Hamilton has agreed a three-year deal which will keep the striker at the Oval until 2012 and midfielder Fordyce has a two-year contract up to 2011.

"I have told the board of directors how important it is to keep this squad together," said manager Alan McDonald.

"I want to work with stability and I have worked hard since pre-season to keep these players settled."
