George Neill is the new assistant at the Oval

George Neill has been appointed as assistant manager of Glentoran.
Former Ards boss Neill was named as Alan McDonald's new number two at the Oval club on Monday.
Neill had a distinguished career for the Glens at right-back before hanging up his boots and then taking over the managerial reins at H & W Welders.
He was then named Ards manager in May, 2005 but was sacked in February, 2006, after a series of disastrous results left his side bottom of the table.
