Ballymena United have secured the services of midfielder Phil Charnock until the end of the season.

The former Liverpool and Linfield player joined the Sky Blues on a three-month contract in October.
Charnock's short time at United has been been plagued by injury but boss Tommy Wright has decided to extend the player's stay at the club.
However, goalkeeper Ciaran McLaughlin has returned to Ards after failing to make an impact at Ballymena.
The 28-year-old former Cliftonville stopper joined the Braidmen from Ards in August.
McLaughlin won the Irish League player of the month award in February 2004 when he was with Institute.
