Reading midfielder Ryan Catney is the only new face in the Northern Ireland U19 sqaud named for the Uefa mini tournament from 19-23 February.
The Dunmurry teenager is joined in the panel by four players attached to English Premiership clubs.
Local clubs are also represented through Linfield's Paul Hamilton and Paul McDowell of Glentoran.
Irish League grounds will host the tournament which involved Spain, Ukraine, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
In all eight teams will be involved with Windsor Park, the Oval, Ballymena Showgrounds, Mourneview Park, Lurgan and Newry Showgrounds being the venues.
The final will be played at Windsor on Friday, 29 July.
