Bangor received some delayed Festive glee on Wednesday night after coming out on top in the final of the re-arranged Steel & Sons Cup at Seview.
The traditional Christmas morning final was abandoned with the score at 0-0 after 68 minutes due to snow.
It was a deserved victory for Bangor who are struggling at the bottom opf Division One.
A late first-half strike by Andy Morrow and a second half effort from Marty Verner gave the Seasiders victory.
Bangor started with more fluency as Jonathan Cleary watched a free kick rebound clear off an upright.
The Glens rode their luck again when a header by Andy Massey rattled the post.
The opening goal game a minute from the interval when a long free-kick was headed unto a post by veteran Brian Strain and Morrow tucked away the rebound.
Bangor made the game safe in the 73rd minute when Verner banged in a tremendous 30-yard free-kick to notch his 20th goal of the season.
The Glens attempted to get back into the game, but the nearest they came was a Jamie Mulgrew shot which smashed against the post and rolled clear.
