Glenavon manager Tommy Kincaid
Kincaid's side face Linfield at Windsor Park on Saturday
Struggling Glenavon have signed former Bolton and Aberdeen striker Michael Bird.

The 20-year-old is a former Welsh schoolboy international and a graduate of the Bolton Wanderers Youth Academy.

The tall attacker should be available for Saturday's trip to Premiership leaders Linfield.

Glenavon chairman Roy Ferguson said: ''He's a big lad who I understand puts himself about. He has a bit of pace and is the type of player we need.''
