Giggs says he has "unfinished business" with Wales

Ryan Giggs believes the home friendly with Scotland on Wednesday will be perfect preparation for the forthcoming World Cup qualifying campaign.
"The reason we are playing Scotland is because we have World Cup games with England and Northern Ireland," said Giggs, who is set to win his 47th cap.
"We have to learn from the last Euro 2004 campaign and the disappointment at the end.
"We must not worry too much about what went wrong but build on the positives."
Since storming to the top of Group Nine in the Euro 2004 qualifiers with four successive wins in the opening matches, Wales have hit a rut.
They managed only a point from their remaining qualifiers and only scrapped into the play-offs.
Despite an encouraging rearguard performance in the first play-off leg in Russia, it was yet another story of a wasted opportunity as Wales lost to a single goal in Cardiff.

We must build on what we have achieved since (Hughes) took over

Manager Mark Hughes, who had been one game away from qualifying as a player for the 1994 World Cup, described the defeat as the lowest point in his career.
There was even talk of resigning, but Giggs says he knew Hughes was not a quitter.
"There was speculation about Mark Hughes going, but it was not something that
really bothered me," he said.
"We are pleased he has decided to carry on because he feels, just like a lot of the players, that there is unfinished business.
"We must build on what we have achieved since he took over.
"We must look forward now, and remember the first half a dozen games in the last tournament when we put together some excellent results."
