Damien Duff missed the dramatic 2-2 draw against Italy
Damien Duff has rejoined the Republic of Ireland squad for Wednesday's final World Cup qualifier against Montenegro.
The Fulham winger, sidelined by a calf injury, was at Croke Park on Saturday to see his team-mates seal a play-off spot by drawing 2-2 with holders Italy.
Duff then trained with Giovanni Trapattoni's squad on Sunday morning.
Midfielder Glenn Whelan is suspended for the Montenegro match after picking up a booking against Italy.
Trapattoni hinted he would make changes with five men - Shay Given, Aiden McGeady, Keith Andrews, Paul McShane and Leon Best - all on one yellow card.

Another booking would rule them out of the first leg of the play-off. Manchester City goalkeeper Given, along with Kevin Kilbane, would gain his 100th cap if selected.
The draw for the play-offs will take place on 19 October with France, Portugal, Russia and Greece likely to be the four seeded teams against which the Republic could be drawn.
