George Burley's Scotland side have tumbled down the rankings
Scotland have dropped 10 places to 26th in Fifa's latest world rankings.
The Scots dropped 156 ranking points following an opening loss to Macedonia in World Cup qualifying Group 9 but recovered with a win in Iceland.
England move up one place to 14th after a winning start to their campaign against Croatia and Andorra.
Northern Ireland drop three places to 35th, while Wales remain the lowest-ranked home nation after tumbling eight places to 61st.
The Republic of Ireland remain in 38th place. European champions Spain retain their place at the top of the rankings, with Italy holding onto second spot.
Elsewhere, Germany remain in third spot in the latest rankings and Brazil leapfrog Netherlands and Croatia into fourth place.
