Northern Ireland boss Nigel Worthington says his players' discipline has got to be "paramount" in the upcoming Euro 2008 qualifiers in Riga and Reykjavik.
"We have six players on one yellow card and those involved know one more will mean missing a game," said Worthington.
"Referees can sometimes give bookings for minor things and if that happens we have got to deal with it. It's not something I'm losing any sleep over.
"If suspension closes the door for one player, it opens the door for another."
"We must deal with it as best we can and whoever comes in would have their own chance to impress."
Worthington added that his side had enjoyed "three super days of training" and were focused on the job in hand ahead of Saturday night's Euro qualifier in Latvia.
"We know what we need to do and we are going to set out to do it but we will show Latvia every respect.
"There is a good spirit in the camp and everyone is enjoying it.
"If we get over this hurdle and get three points in the bag, then and only then will we concentrate on the game against Iceland," added the NI boss.
