Rangers' Croatia striker, Dado Prso, has confirmed his retirement from international football.
The 32-year-old had hinted that the World Cup finals would be his last.
And Croatian football association president Vlatko Markovic said: "Dado has been one of the best players we have had over the past few years.
"But the strain of playing in four tournaments - the Scottish league, the Scottish Cup, Europe and internationals - would have proved too much for him."
Prso has been struggling with persistent knee problems.
