Ben Haim was ordered to leave Israel's training camp in Ljubljana

Bolton central defender Tal Ben Haim has been suspended from the Israel national team squad.
Ben Haim, 24, joined the squad ahead of Tuesday's friendly with Slovenia but decided not to train with the team on Saturday, citing an injury.
Team spokesperson Shaul Aizenberg said: "Coach Dror Kashtan has sent Ben Haim back home after he refused to take part in Saturday's training session.
"This, despite the fact that the team doctor declared he was fit."
Ben Haim, who has made 22 international appearances, will now meet up with the Bolton squad on Monday ahead of their Premiership opener at home to Tottenham next Saturday.
It means his future in the Euro 2008 qualifying campaign, where Israel are drawn against England as well as Croatia, Russia, FYR Macedonia, Estonia and Andorra in Group E, is in doubt.
