Berra was sent off for fighting with an opponent

Christophe Berra and Paul Gallagher both saw red for Scotland Under-21s as Belarus came back from two-goals down to claim a dramatic victory.
Darryl Duffy's stunning strike and Gregor Robertson's header had given the Scot's a commanding half-time lead.
But Jamie McCunnie's own-goal gave Belarus hope before Berra saw red along with Sergei Kornilenko after a scuffle.
Leanid Kovel equalised from close-range and Gallagher was sent off before Mikhail Afanasyev's late winner.
Scotland Under-21 manager Rainer Bonhof claimed a lack of control by referee Paulius Malzinskas made his players lose their temper during the stormy defeat at Broadwood.
It was the decision to dismiss Hearts defender Berra after he tangled with Kornilenko which mostly angered Bonhof.
Blackburn striker Gallagher was later shown a straight red card for a wild kick at Aliaksei Skverniuk.
"It is not easy to explain what happened because we were in control of the match and we should never have given it away after being two-up," said Bonhof.
"Just one situation changed the whole match and this cannot be. The referee lost a bit of control at the first sending off.
"We played a good match for 60 minutes but then we lost our temper and that's not what we expected which was a wee bit disappointing.
"Christophe shouldn't have been sent off in my point of view. He was trying to calm down the Belarus player but the referee interpreted this in the wrong way."
