Charlton winger Jerome Thomas has been called up to the England U21 squad for next month's European Championship qualifiers against Austria and Poland.
Thomas has been in impressive form for Charlton this season
Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha is also named for the first time and Aston Villa's Luke Moore is included.
Moore - the only player to score against Chelsea this season - is the one other uncapped player in the party.
Scott Carson is expected to keep the number one jersey, but Manchester United's Luke Steele is also included.
