1500 BST: AC Milan are on the hunt for a midfielder but vice-president Adriano Galliani has told Gazzetta dello Sport that reported target Cesc Fabregas would be too expensive. Arsenal are thought to value the 24-year-old at £60m. (Press Association)

1200 BST: Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has assured Atletico Madrid that Los Blancos will not bid for striker Sergio Aguero, who announced this week that he wants to leave Los Colchoneros. The 22-year-old has been linked with Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool. (Press Association)

1100 BST: Arsenal and Tottenham have both put in offers for Porto's £26m-rated Colombian forward Radamel Falcao, the player's agent has said.

Guus Hiddink says he is fully committed to his job as Turkey manager - despite the incessant speculation linking him with a return to Chelsea. "I am not going into speculation, I am fully concentrated. I demand full commitment from myself so I will not go into speculation," said the Dutchman on a Turkish television programme. (%100 Futbol)

Even without a manager at the helm, Chelsea are still planning on a £35m double Belgian swoop for Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku and Genk forward Kevin De Bruyne.
