Time for everyone to get really excited about the World Cup.

Obviously the draw for South Africa 2010 will dominate the programme on Saturday. We have got Gareth Southgate, Dwight Yorke and Mark Lawrenson in the studio to reflect on the draw, and we'll be hearing from the like of Fabio Capello, Frank Lampard, David Beckham. Garth Crooks, Trevor Brooking and Jonathan Pearce will be joining us live from Cape Town.

Aside from the draw, we will also be looking forward to a busy weekend of domestic football and looking back at the best of the week's goals - including some crackers in the Carling Cup, and some absolute howlers that are well worth a second watch.

We'll also hear West Ham's Jack Collison speaking very openly about the recent death of his father. See you 1215 GMT on BBC One.
