• You can choose a maximum of two players from any one Premiership club and you must select a 4-4-2 formation (one goalkeeper, two full-backs, two centre-backs, four midfielders and two strikers).

• You have a total budget of £50m to spend on your 11 players - each player can only be selected once ... after all, there is only one Thierry Henry!

• You may make six transfers to your team across a Game Month, and unlimited transfers between the end of one Game Month until the start of another.

• To score points for the whole of each Game Month, you must have entered your team at least 15 minutes before the earliest kick-off at the start of each Game Month.

• You can however enter at any time once a Game Month has started but your team will only score points from the time your entry is logged.

• Points will then be reset at the start of every Game Month.

Alternatively, you may opt for our 'Lucky Dip' option where your team will be chosen at random for you within the rules of the game. At this point, you can decide whether to change one or more of your players.

You will also be asked to provide:

• A password (six to 15 characters)

• A team name (no more than 25 characters)

• Your first name and surname (no more than 20 characters each)

• Address (with postcode)

• Daytime telephone number

• Email address

Please ensure that these details are filled in correctly as prizes will only be sent to the location stated. Team names cannot be changed, so please ensure your team name is correct before confirming your details. Your PIN and entry confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Teams cannot be entered without a valid email address. There is a limit of one team per email address.

Within the confirmation email, you will be given a six-digit PIN - keep it safe along with your password. You will need these to check your team's progress during the season and to make transfers.

• Your PIN is not a security measure. It just gives you fast access to your team, while you may also view any other manager's line-up by entering their PIN. So, your password should be both unique and personal.
