Harris celebrates scoring his record-breaking goal for Millwall
Neil Harris became Millwall's all-time leading goal scorer as they booked an FA Cup fourth round trip to either Hull or Newcastle, who replay on Wednesday.
The striker scored his 112th Lions goal from two yards to put Millwall 2-1 up.
Crewe's Luke Murphy fired into the top corner early on but keeper Steve Collis fumbled Scott Baron's cross into his own net to gift the Lions a leveller.
Shaun Miller scrambled in from a free-kick for Alex but Zak Whitbread's late header won the game.
Harris' goal means he surpasses former England striker Teddy Sheringham's record.
Crewe: Collis, Brayford, Lawrence, Baudet, Jones (Zola 83), Murphy, O'Connor (Carrington 90), Bailey, Daniel, Miller (Pope 88), Donaldson. Subs Not Used: Tomlinson, O'Donnell, Moore, Shelley.
