Eastwood Town manager Paul Cox says his Unibond Premier side have a great chance of beating Kettering in the FA Cup third round on Saturday.

The Badgers travel to Blue Square Premier team Kettering after knocking out Wycombe in the previous round.

Cox told BBC Radio Nottingham: "We want to put on a performance and get in the fourth round, as we haven't come all this way to make up the numbers.

"It is going to be a proper non-league game - fast and furious."

Cox added: "It means there's going to be a non-league club in round four - and they will get a plum tie and make a lot of money."

The 36-year-old said he was looking forward to facing his former club but the Badgers had hoped to be tested against a league club in the third round.

"[Kettering] is a great club and has a great fan base," he said. "But when you get to the third round as a Unibond Premier Club you're hoping to draw a club like Manchester United."
