Hartlepool 2-1 Brighton

Hartlepool came from behind to beat Brighton and earn a trip to non-league Fleetwood in the FA Cup second round.

The visitors took the lead after 28 minutes when Nicky Forster latched onto Dean Cox's pass, sidestepped his marker and finished from a tight angle.

But Joel Porter levelled from the spot on 66 minutes after he was fouled by Colin Hawkins before Gary Liddle slotted in Antony Sweeney's cross.

Cox thought he had equalised - but saw his effort ruled out for offside.
