Daniel Wright grabbed the only goal as Histon beat Swindon to pull off one of the shocks of the FA Cup first round.
The in-form striker was a constant threat to the League One side's defence and grabbed the only goal when he smashed in Lanre Oyebanjo's corner.
It could have been better for the non-league side, but a Wright header was ruled out having initially been given.
Swindon went closest to an equaliser when Barry Corr forced a superb save
from Danny Naisbitt late in the piece.
Histon boss Steve Fallon told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire:
"It's a fantastic day for us. We started well and went on to thoroughly deserve the win.
"Some of our players showed today they are capable of playing at a higher level and against a higher opposition so that will give us a lot of confidence going into the week.
"It's all going well at the moment and we have to keep that going in our game against Kettering next Saturday."
