Kris Commons did the damage with a first-half treble, his first a looping 25-yard right-foot volley, his second a superb chip and his third a tap-in.
Junior Agogo bagged a brace after the interval, his first a penalty after Nathan Bowden-Hasse fouled Nathan Tyson and his second a close-range finish.
Marvin Morgan had Yeading's best two chances but Paul Smith saved them both.
