Boss Neil Cugley hopes Folkestone Invicta can reach the first round of the FA Cup for the first time - with the help of their local-based players.
"Of the 16 players involved, eight were born in Folkestone, so it would mean a lot to them," he told BBC Radio Kent.
"Not so long ago we were in the Kent League - now we're a well-established Ryman Premier side.
"But it'll be whoever's got the quality players, or the keeper has a good game, or your strikers have a good day."
