Quarter-final draw
QUARTER-FINAL DRAW
All the FA Cup fifth round action
Millwall v Tranmere
Man Utd v Fulham
Sunderland v Sheff Utd
Portsmouth v Arsenal

Ties to be played 6/7 March
Arsenal have been handed an FA Cup quarter-final tie at Portsmouth.

The holders, who are going for a third successive Cup win, were drawn against Portsmouth after Harry Redknapp's team beat Liverpool in a replay.

Manchester United will play host to Fulham after they beat London rivals West Ham 3-0 in a replay at Upton Park.

First Division Millwall were drawn at home to Second Division Tranmere, while Sheffield United will visit Sunderland, who beat Birmingham 2-0 at St Andrews.

The ties will be played the weekend of 6/7 March.

The Millwall-Tranmere tie ensures there will be a Nationwide League side in the semi-finals.

Tranmere boss Brian Little said: "To see a First or Second Division side in the semi-final is a great thing to aim at.

"It is a tough tie. A home draw would have given the tie a little bit more of an edge from our point of view. All the other teams would have wanted us but we just take it as it comes.

"We can beat Millwall if we play exceptionally well. The preparation will be spot-on and the prize for both sides evens the tie up a little bit."

Neil Warnock, manager of last season's semi-finalists Sheffield United, is hoping Premiership side Birmingham can come through their fifth-round replay with Sunderland.

He said: "No disrespect to Sunderland manager Mick McCarthy but you do not want to play people from your own division.

"You want a Premier League club or one from a lower division. We will all be wanting Birmingham to win.

"I think If you don't get an Arsenal or a Manchester United you've got to have a chance of going through. Although we won't be favourites I think we've got a chance of progressing.

"We're trying to make ends meet. We need to get money from other avenues so a Cup run is fantastic."
