Penalty joy for Oldham
Christian Moore heads in for Burton
Burton Albion 2-2 Oldham (aet)
(Oldham win 5-4 on pens) Carlo Corazzin scored the decisive spot-kick for Oldham as they overcame a brave Burton side after a penalty shoot-out in their first round FA Cup replay. Second Division Oldham eventually won the shoot-out 5-4 to save their blushes against the Nationwide Conference side. Clyde Wijnhard had given Oldham the lead after 50 minutes with the League side making their superior status count. But Christian Moore equalised for the part-timers and then put Burton ahead with a far post header 20 minutes into extra-time. The visitors scored a late equaliser in the first match between the side's and this time struck four minutes before the final whistle to level matters. David Eyres equalised for Oldham before the penalty shoot-out. Oldham will now face Cheltenham at home in the second round.
