Substitute Warren Bagnall was the hero as Crawley came from two goals down to beat Tiverton at Broadfield Stadium and book a place in the second round of the FA Cup. The game was delayed for 15 minutes due to crowd congestion, but Tiverton supporters did not have long to wait before they were celebrating. They took the lead against their Dr Martens Premier League rivals in the eighth minute as Richard Pears went on a teasing run before unleashing a powerful low drive into the bottom corner of the net. Tiverton doubled their lead in the 64th minute when Pears headed home Phil Everett's pinpoint cross, but the home side hit back two minutes later. Striker Nic McDonnell collected Neil Le Bihan's pass and drilled the ball past goalkeeper Paul Edwards for his first goal of the match. He notched the equaliser with 10 minutes remaining after good work by Ben Judge before Bagnall rounded the goalkeeper to clinch victory with three minutes left. Crawley Town: Little, Judge, Cooksey, Hooper, Pullan, Fear, Holmes, Harkin, Le Bihan, McDonnell, Stevens. Subs: Hockton, Bagnall, Hemsley, Payne, Marlon Patterson. Tiverton Town: Edwards, Peters, Rudge, Cousins, Winter, Haines, Nancekivell, Rees, Rogers, Everett, Pears. Subs: Mudge, Ovens, Holloway., Lynch, Steele. Referee: Lee Probert (Bristol).
