The FA Cup sixth round draw
(ties to be played on March 10/11)

  • Tranmere Rovers v Liverpool
  • Leicester City v Wycombe Wanderers
  • West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur
  • Arsenal v Bolton Wanderers or Blackburn Rovers

Tranmere will face their Merseyside compatriots Liverpool after the dramatic 4-3 replay win over Southampton.

If will mean a reunion for Tranmere boss John Aldridge with his former Anfield club.

Leicester City boss Peter Taylor managed Gillingham in two Second Divsion encounters against Lawrie Sanchez's Wycombe last season and he will face him again in the sixth round.

Wycombe beat Wimbledon in a sudden death penalty shoot-out in their fifth round replay at Wimbledon.

Many believe this could be West Ham's year to win the Cup but they will have to beat fellow Londoners Tottenham.

The White Hart Lane club are renowned for their FA Cup exploits and have won the competition eight times with five of those wins being when the year ends in one.

Arsenal have moved to favourites to win the competition after beating holders Chelsea.

They have drawn either First Division Bolton or Blackburn, who will decide their tie in a fifth round replay on Tuesday.
