GOALFLASHES AND MAJOR INCIDENTS (all times BST)
Bit of a humdrum night compared to last night's fireworks but don't forget to have your say on BBC Five Live's 606 from 2200 BST by calling 0500 909 693 or sending a text to 85058, or get involved on the 606 messageboards.
2139: Player Rater has John Arne Riise as man of the snooze-fest for Liverpool, just ahead of goalscorer Peter Crouch. Still time for you to make a difference though.
2134: FULL-TIME Bayern Munich 0-2 AC Milan (agg 2-4)
Two classy first-half goals mean AC Milan are the only non-English team to reach the semi-finals where they'll face Manchester United. Milan, let's remember, were thrown out of this competition for their role in the Italian match-fixing scandal before they were reinstated on appeal.
2132: FULL-TIME Liverpool 1-0 PSV (agg 4-0)
All over. It couldn't have been easier for Liverpool. Rafa Benitez gives the fans a huge round of applause - probably for sitting through that snooze-fest.
2130: 'You'll never walk alone' rings out at Anfield. Liverpool are moments away from a semi-final against Chelsea.
2125: Mark van Bommel's shot is deflected narrowly wide by Alessandro Nesta as Bayern look to recover. They've got four minutes to do it so they're looking for a Manchester United 1999-style miracle here.
2121: John Arne Riise's cross comes off Eric Addo but Liverpool striker Peter Crouch isn't quick enough to react and he heads over with the goal gaping.
2120: Sir Alex Ferguson is in the crowd at the Allianz Arena. He doesn't look very happy either - do you think he'd rather face Bayern? Or maybe he's just heard the price for Owen Hargreaves.
2119: Liverpool defender Daniel Agger's evening comes to an end as he is replaced by Gabriel Paletta.
2116: It is questionable whether Rafa needed to rest Gerrard, Carragher, Finnan, et al. They could have strolled through this game without feeling the effects in the morning. PSV have been pathetic.
2114: Don't forget you can discuss all Ronald Koeman's bizarre tactics on 606.
"PSV are 1-0 down, 4-0 down overall, and Ronald Koeman takes off striker Arouna Kone and replaces him with a defender. Discuss."
BBC Five Live summariser Mark Lawrenson
2107: GOAL Liverpool 1-0 PSV (agg 4-0)
Peter Crouch's shot is well saved by Gomes but Robbie Fowler gets to the rebound and with great awareness, cuts it back for Crouch to tap in.
2105: Things are getting feisty at the Allianz Arena as well. Hasan Salihamidzic is booked for a stamp on Alessandro Nesta, prompting a brief flare-up. After it settles down, Kaka goes close after brilliantly beating Philipp Lahm.
2104: RED CARD
Dirk Marcellis' Champions League debut ends in disaster as he is sent off for a horrible tackle on Bolo Zenden. Straight red card.
2102: Desperate times call for desperate measures. Paddy Kluivert is on for PSV at last along with Sun Xiang. Jefferson Farfan and Csaba Feher are off.
2057: Bayern Munich midfielder Mark van Bommel fires a low shot narrowly wide. The hosts need two goals to send this into extra-time.
2055: Peter Crouch pings in a shot from the right which is well saved by Gomes. The ref reckons its a goal-kick and Liverpool can't be bothered arguing. Sums up this game. Where's the fast-foward button?
2048: STOP PRESS. Jose Reina actually gets to warm his hands with a save from Jefferson Farfan's low, long-range effort.
"How bad is Patrick Kluivert now if he can't get into this PSV team?"
BBC Five Live's Alan Green
2046: AC Milan get the game at the Allianz Arena back under way. Bayern make one change, bringing on striker Roque Santa Cruz for midfielder Andreas Ottl.
2045: PSV saunter out at Anfield. They don't look like they're in the mood to bombard Liverpool's goal. And we're away.
2037: John Arne Riise leads the way on the Liverpool Player Rater with a spectacular 7.3. Well done, John. Csaba Feher is PSV's bad man with 4.32. Why don't you have a tinker...
2031: Milan nearly catch Bayern on the break but Filippo Inzaghi's lack of pace lets him down and he has to cut back, allowing the home defence to recover. And it's half-time.
2030: Half-time at Anfield. Zzzzzzzz.
2027: A bit of excitement at Anfield as Bolo Zenden curls a shot just wide. The Liverpool fans are remaining surprisingly chirpy considering the dreadful game in front of them. It's just a two-hour celebration of reaching the semi-finals for them.
2025: Arsenal must be watching the Liverpool-PSV game and wondering how on earth they managed to lose to Ronald Koeman's side. BBC Five Live summariser Mark Lawrenson reckons they're the worst Champions League quarter-finalists he's ever seen.
"PSV are still playing with one up front. They're not showing any intention of taking a chance against Liverpool."
BBC Five Live analyst Mark Lawrenson
2018: That's 10 goals in 10 games against German opposition for Inzaghi, who was probably about an inch onside when Seedorf played him in.
2016: GOAL Bayern Munich 0-2 AC Milan (agg 2-4)
Clarence Seedorf's brilliant backheel releases Filippo Inzaghi who coolly lifts the ball over the onrushing Oliver Kahn. Disaster for Bayern, who began this game so well.
2012: GOAL Bayern Munich 0-1 AC Milan (agg 2-3)
Milan are back in business. Kaka threads the ball through for Clarence Seedorf who skips past the challenge of Mark van Buten and fires low to Oliver Kahn's right.
2010: Jermaine Pennant fires in a cross from the left for Peter Crouch, whose header is clawed away by PSV keeper Gomes. A rare bit of action at Anfield.
2008: Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy has apparently tweaked knee ligaments but it's nothing serious.
2003: Robbie Fowler is straight into the action, enjoying some good old-fashioned argie-bargie with PSV defender Eric Addo. Addo appears to pull back the Liverpool man as a free-kick comes into the box and then the pair tussle again while waiting for a corner.
2000: Craig Bellamy is stretchered off - he looks in a lot of pain too. Bizarre sort of injury - he was only blocking a cross. Robbie Fowler is warming up.
1958: Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy is receiving treatment on an ankle injury. The stretcher is on its way round.
1956: A lovely passing move from Bayern ends with Lucas Podolski powering a shot straight at Milan keeper Dida.
"You'd almost welcome a PSV goal just to kick Liverpool into life."
BBC Five Live commentator Alan Green
1953: Bayern Munich carve out a decent early chance but Christian Lell's hook shot is cleared off the line by Massimo Oddo.
"PSV are playing with one up front in Jefferson Farfan with Arouna Kone on the left."
BBC Five Live analyst Mark Lawrenson
1949: Nice bit of skill from Ronald Koeman at Anfield, flicking the ball from one foot to the other before catching it.
1947: Almost an early blow for Liverpool as Jefferson Farfan meets Philip Cocu's cross with a decent header but Jose Reina is alert and tips over.
1946: AC Milan are lining up 4-3-3 as they look for the goal they need at Bayern.
1945: And we're under way in both tonight's games.
1943: Those two old warriors Oliver Kahn and Paolo Maldini shake hands in the centre circle at the Allianz Arena. Not long to go now.
1935: Over at the Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich midfielder Owen Hargreaves is looking to reach a semi-final against Manchester United - the club he hopes to join in the summer. Bayern start favourites with their two away goals - but then Milan have Kaka.
1933: Surely Liverpool fans don't actually think PSV can come back do they? From 3-0 down in a major Champions League game? The very idea...
1918: Few raised eyebrows from the Liverpool fans on the 606 messageboards about Rafa's team selection. snoopy10 simply says: "I'm not sure that this is a great idea."
1915: Liverpool's opponents PSV are still crippled by injuries but they do at least have first-choice strikers Jefferson Farfan and Arouna Kone back in the side.
1909: Oliver Kahn and Mark van Bommel return for Bayern Munich after suspension but Bastian Schweinsteiger is out with a knee injury. Filippo Inzaghi starts up front for AC Milan with Alberto Gilardino suspended and Ronaldo ineligible.
1845: The teams are in from Anfield and as expected midfielders Steven Gerrard and Javier Mascherano get a rest along with Jamie Carragher and Steve Finnan. Full team: Reina, Arbeloa, Hyypia, Agger, Riise, Pennant, Sissoko, Alonso, Zenden, Crouch, Bellamy. Rafa right or wrong? Have your say on 606...
