Wolves look likely to miss out on midfielder Seyi Olofinjana after Monaco and Auxerre entered the race to sign him up.
Monaco lead the chase for Olofinjana's signature
The Nigerian player, who plays for Brann Bergen in Norway, is waiting for Monaco boss Didier Deschamps to return from holiday so they can have talks.
"If everything is not right with Monaco
he would sign for Wolves," his agent told the Birmingham Evening Mail.
"He will make a decision in the next two or three days."
