Diego Siemone celebrates his winning goal for Lazio

All of Serie A's top three teams kept their Scudetto hopes alive with victories on Sunday.

League leaders Roma stayed six points clear of second-placed Juventus with victory over Lecce thanks to a 69th minute winner from Argentine defender Walter Samuel.

But Juventus kept the pressure on the league leaders, the decisive goal coming in the 81st minute from Alessandro del Piero.

Defending champions and third-placed Lazio left it even later, with just two minutes remaining, when Diego Simeone scored against the run of play against Perugia.

Elsewhere, Atalanta and Vicenza carved out a 1-1 draw when Vincenzo Sommese's second-half goal cancelled out Nicola Ventola's opener.

Fiorentina scored the first goal of the afternoon when Enrico Chiesa beat Massimo Taibi in the Reggina goal.

But Andrea Zanchetta equalised for the team from Reggio Calabria to earn a 1-1 draw.

Parma registered a 3-0 win, albeit a flattering scoreline, against Brescia thanks to goals from Patrick Mboma, Sergio Conceicao and Brazilian defender Junior.
