Birmingham boss Steve Bruce inspects the St Andrews pitch

The Premiership game between Birmingham and Bolton has been postponed due to heavy fog around St Andrews.
Referee Phil Dowd inspected the pitch at 1855 GMT and called off the game because of the fog, which was seen as a danger to players and fans.
Blues boss Steve Bruce said: "There was absolutely no chance of it going ahead and the ref was right to call it off."
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce agreed: "The fog would have made it impossible for officials to make their decisions."
Dowd left it until as late as possible to make his decision in the hope the fog would lift, as the St Andrews pitch was deemed playable.
"You couldn't see across the pitch and to me that means you are not going to play," said Dowd.
"There was a lot on the game for both clubs so you have got to be realistic when making a decision.
"The pitch was in great condition but the visibility was not good enough. It was not feasible to play.
"We also took into consideration the fact the supporters would not be able to see."
Club officials have not yet announced a new date for the game.
