Arsenal edge a tight 2-1 victory over Spurs thanks to Lauren's late penalty, and that takes them back to the top of the Premiership.

Bolton complete a crucial 4-1 win over Ipswich that eases their relegation fears, but compounds Ipswich's misery.

Derby also lose 2-0 at Southampton to lose more ground at the bottom.

Elsewhere, there are comfortable wins for Chelsea, West Ham and a tight 2-1 victory for Middlebrough over Aston Villa.

Paolo di Canio wins a soft penalty after a clumsy challenge from Richard Rufus... and the West Ham striker duly squeezes home the spot-kick.

1522: Chelsea defender John Terry is forced off with a head injury, so Boudewijn Zenden comes on as substitute, and clips the woodwork with a fine effort soon after.

Team news:

Tony Adams and Lauren return for Arsenal as they look to match Man Utd's victory at Leicester. The Gunners face Spurs, who welcome back Ledley King, Gus Poyet and Christian Ziege.

Ipswich are unchanged for their relegation six-pointer at Bolton, who recall Jussi Jaaskelainen and Rod Wallace.

Southampton and Derby both welcome back their key hitmen for the match at St Mary's, with James Beattie and Malcolm Christie returning from injury.

Chelsea trio return

Aston Villa are unchanged at The Riverside, so continue with Juan Pablo Angel and Peter Crouch up front. Boro bring back Mark Schwarzer in goal and Allan Johnston in midfield for the suspended Paul Ince, but Alen Boksic fails a late fitness test.

Eidur Gudjohnsen, Frank Lampard and Emmanuel Petit all return for Chelsea against Everton, who have Thomas Gravesen back from suspension and Peter Clarke in for the injured Alan Stubbs.

Paolo di Canio starts for West Ham despite his bust-up with manager Glenn Roeder when substituted last week. The Hammers face Charlton, who have Jonathan Fortune and Paul Konchesky in for Chris Powell and John Robinson.
