Man Utd 3-1 Newcastle

2155: Man Utd hold on to complete a 3-1 win and move up to second in the Premiership.

2145: David Beckham comes on for the last seven minutes, replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

2135: The final whistle blows at Pride Park, where Horacio Carbonari's own goal gives Fulham all three points.

2128: Man Utd bring on Dwight Yorke for goalscorer Ruud van Nistelrooy.

2124: Man Utd 3-0 Newcastle
Roy Keane bursts past Nikos Dabizas and slides the ball across to Paul Scholes who duly grabs his second goal of the match. Surely they are not going to be denied a sixth straight Premiership win now?

2120: Play is briefly halted at Old Trafford while one of the assistant referees receives treatment after an accidental clash with Newcastle's Robbie Elliott.

2118: Kieron Dyer finds space down Newcastle's right flank but his cross just eludes Craig Bellamy, who eventually cuts back inside and fires just over.

2117: Derby 0-1 Fulham
Steve Finnan's cross is deflected into his own net by the unfortunate Horacio Carbonari.

2113: Fabien Barthez does well to hold a long-range free-kick from Nolberto Solano.

2111: Louis Saha comes on for Barry Hayles as Fulham search for goals at Derby.

2110: Man Utd 2-0 Newcastle
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer touches the ball into Paul Scholes inside the area who swivels and drills it past Shay Given.

2056: Fulham right-back Steve Finnan sends in a low cross for Steve Marlet, but Derby keeper Mart Poom diverts his shot from six yards around the post.

2050: Man Utd deservedly lead 1-0 at Old Trafford at the break thanks to Ruud van Nistelrooy's close-range header, though Newcastle have done enough just before half-time to suggest the game is far from over.

2048: Rob Lee works himself some space outside the Man Utd box but fires a decent long-range effort just wide.

2045: Newcastle's Nolberto Solano heads home Robbie Elliott's cross but the goal is ruled out for an alleged push on Mikael Silvestre.

2043: Alan Shearer nods a cross back to Gary Speed, but his shot on the turn is easily gathered by Man Utd keeper Fabien Barthez.

2035: Newcastle work the ball well to release Craig Bellamy, but he is unlucky to be ruled offside.

2030: Derby and Fulham reach half-time at Pride Park, with neither side yet able to break the deadlock.

Nicky Butt spreads the play nicely to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on the left. He releases the overlapping Mikael Silvestre, who crosses invitingly for Ruud van Nistelrooy to head Man Utd in front.

2025: In an increasingly feisty match at Old Trafford, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is booked for a late lunge on Nikos Dabizas.

2023: Luciano Zavagno's cross eludes the Fulham defence but Malcolm Christie puts the ball over from 12 yards.

2008: Malcolm Christie sets up Francois Grenet but the Derby defender shoots over from 18 yards.

2007: Man Utd build down the right through Juan Veron, but Laurent Blanc fails to connect with a header from the resulting corner. At the other end, Phil Neville does well to clear a goalbound Gary Speed volley.

2000: Man Utd and Newcastle kick off at Old Trafford.

1949: Fulham midfielder Steed Malbranque tests Derby keeper Mart Poom early on with a good strike through a crowded penalty area.

1945: Derby and Fulham kick off at Pride Park.

Team news:

Ryan Giggs misses Man Utd's match with Newcastle at Old Trafford because he has a hamstring injury.

David Beckham is again on the bench as Juan Veron comes back in. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer partners Ruud van Nistelrooy up front.

Sylvain Distin continues in the centre of Newcastle's defence alongside Nikos Dabizas, who returns for Andy O'Brien. Rob Lee comes into midfield for the injured Laurent Robert

At Pride Park, Chris Riggott is fit to continue in Derby's back line but Youl Mawene and Georgi Kinkladze miss out.

Fulham start with Steve Marlet in attack with Barry Hayles, and Louis Saha on the bench. Lee Clark is still sidelined with a strained calf.
