O'Leary rules out Man Utd
David O'Leary gives out instructions during Leeds' visit to Manchester United in October
David O'Leary does not want to uproot his family
Leeds United manager David O'Leary has ruled himself out as a possible successor to Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United at the end of the season.

"No, I wouldn't leave to go to Manchester," Leary told the Leeds' official club website.

"I am settled in Leeds and I am not planning to move anywhere.

"My children are happy where they are."

The 43-year-old manager has yet to win a trophy as a manager.

But he did guide Leeds to the semi-finals of the Champions League last season.

On Monday the Bayern Munich coach Ottmar Hitzfeld also ruled himself out of the running to succeed Ferguson.
