Aston Villa v Middlesbrough
Steve Stone returns to the Villa team in place of the injured Mustapha Hadji, while Boro replace the suspended Paul Ince with Allan Johnston.

Derby v Southampton
Francois Grenet, a £3m signing from Bordeaux, makes his debut for the Rams, while Saints find a place on the bench for Ecuadorian international Kleba Chala, signed this week.

Tottenham v Arsenal
Former Spurs favourite Sol Campbell gets a taste of things to come as he is abused by his old fans during Arsenal's warm-up at White Hart Lane.

Fulham v Newcastle
Fulham's Lee Clark has to be content with a place on the bench against his hometown club, while Steve Finnan starts despite playing for the Republic of Ireland in Thursday's win in Iran.
