Fulham and Ipswich draw again
Jamie Clapham and Steve Finnan
Ispwich's Jamie Clapham tackles Fulham's Steve Finnan
Fulham 1-1 Ipswich Town
E-mail your reaction to Football Talk Ipswich were unable to make their numerical advantage count against 10-man Fulham at Craven Cottage.

Fulham, after opening the scoring through Barry Hayles' first-half goal, had to play with 10 men for the entire second-half.

  Key moments
22 mins: Hayles scores fourth goal of season
29 mins: Boa Morte misses penalty
45 mins: Boa Morte sent off
55 mins: Wright equalises for Fulham
Luis Boa Morte was red-carded in stoppage time of the opening period.

Jermaine Wright equalised for Ipswich 10 minutes after the restart.

The result means that both Fulham and Ipswich, who are languishing just above the relegation zone, have now won just one game apiece this season.

In nine Premiership games Fulham have drawn five times, while Ipswich have drawn on four occasions.

Boa Morte had an afternoon that he will quickly want to forget.

The former Arsenal player, with Fulham already leading, missed a penalty with a poor spot-kick.

John McGreal had given away the penalty after he had handled, but Boa Morte struck his left-foot shot a foot wide of the post.

It was Fulham's second successive penalty miss after Louis Saha had failed to convert a spot-kick against Aston Villa last Sunday.

The referee's only got a split-second to make a decision, but there were some big decisions and we were a bit disappointed with them

Boa Morte was dismissed after referee Mike Riley gave him a second yellow card for diving.

The Fulham winger had received his initial yellow card for appearing to punch Fabian Wilnis soon after after the penalty miss.

In truth, the Portuguese player was fortunate not to be red-carded for that indiscretion.

Wilnis, who was substituted by George Burley during the interval, also had a game that he will not look back on with any great satisfaction.

He crudely fouled Rufus Brevett after 22 minutes, earning himself a yellow card.

From the free-kick on the left, John Collins whipped the ball into the box.

Andy Melville narrowly failed to make contact with a flying header, but he unsighted Wilnis, who failed to control the cross.

The ball dropped and Hayles pounced, six yards out, to thump the ball into the net for his fourth goal of the season.

Wright's goal arrived after good work by Martijn Reuser and Sixto Peralta.

Luis Boa Morte missed a penalty and was then sent-off

Half-time substitute Reuser skinned Steve Marlet and delivered a curling cross that evaded home goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar's grasp.

The ball reached Peralta at the far post, and he teed up Wright to rifle into the bottom left corner from 15 yards.
