Kidderminster 0-0 Exeter

Kidderminster Harriers fought out their fourth goalless draw of the season when they failed to see off the challenge of lowly Exeter City.

Exeter, although without a win in five games, will be pleased with their point against the Harriers, who bounced back to form with a surprise away win at Darlington in midweek.

Both sides had their chances though and goalkeepers had to be at their best to keep the scoresheet blank.

Twice Exeter keeper Arjan van Heusden foiled the home side, pushing out a header from Mark Shail and a powerful volley from Adie Smith.

At the other end experienced keeper Tim Clarke denied on-loan striker Gavin Holligan and Exeter's leading scorer Christian Roberts with one-handed saves.

Both sides also hit the bar, Alex Inglethorpe with a snap shot for Exeter and Paul Webb with a header for Kidderminster.
