A stunning hat-trick from Jamie Ward helped Chesterfield demolish Aldershot on Wednesday as the hosts claimed their first victory in seven games.
Ward skipped two tackles to set up Jack Lester for the opener, and then Ward scored from the spot after being fouled by keeper Nikki Bull before the break.
Kirk Hudson pulled one back for the visitors, before Ward fired in a screamer from the edge of the box.
Derek Niven grabbed a fourth before Ward scored late on to bag his third.
