A single strike by Craig Woodman earned Wycombe victory over Lincoln, who are yet to win a point this season.
Wanderers dominated the opening stages and went ahead after 12 minutes when Craig Woodman's looped cross from the left beat keeper Rob Burch.
The Imps responded but Lee Frecklington lifted his shot over the bar.
Burch kept Wycombe at bay, tipping over John Mousinho's effort and saving Scott McGleish's header but there was no joy for Lincoln at the other end.
Lincoln boss Peter Jackson told BBC Radio Lincolnshire:
"The first 20 minutes we didn't even show up, it was embarrassing.
"We picked it up and in the end could have got something from the game, but the table still reads three league games, three defeats.
"We came here with expectations of getting a result, but the two home games against Grimsby and Barnet coming up, even at such an early stage of the season, are now must-win games.
