Rochdale 4-1 Accrington

Adam Le Fondre scored a hat-trick to keep Rochdale's play-off hopes alive.

Shaun Whalley collected an Aswad Thomas free-kick to score but Le Fondre levelled with a penalty in first-half injury time after a foul on Gary Jones.

David Perkins passed for Jones to put Rochdale ahead from 10 yards before Chris Basham crossed for Le Fondre to strike with a header.

Le Fondre then converted a cross from Perkins to take Rochdale to within five points of a play-off place.
