Jason Puncheon missed a late penalty as in-form Barnet were held by Mansfield.

After an even first half, the visitors opened the scoring after the break when Simon Brown hit a crisp low drive beyond Lee Harrison from 18 yards.

Barnet hit back when Adam Birchall cut in from the left and found Liam Hatch who fired home a left-foot shot.

And the hosts wasted two chances to win it when Carl Muggleton saved Puncheon's penalty after Michael Boulding handled and Ashley Carew hit the post.
