Wrexham slumped to their third defeat of the season after Hereford produced a fine display to beat the Welsh side 2-0 at the Racecourse Ground.
Richard Hope came closest for the Dragons just before half-time but his header was well saved by Wayne Brown.
Kris Taylor gave the visitors a 52nd minute lead and from that point they never looked back.
Trevor Benjamin secured all three points, converting Clint Easton's cross to compound Wrexham's misery.
