Accrington 4-1 Grimsby
Accrington went a long way towards preserving their league status with a convincing victory over 10-man Grimsby.

The game burst into life on 30 minutes as striker Paul Mullin headed home on his record-breaking 362nd appearance.

Grimsby hit back when Tom Newey fired in a free-kick on 41 minutes but Gary Cross was dismissed for handballing a shot and Andy Todd slotted the penalty.

Sean Doherty the tapped home on 56 minutes and skipper Peter Cavanagh sealed the win three minutes from time.
