Swindon moved into third place in League Two after beating and leapfrogging promotion rivals Lincoln.
The visitors had gone behind when Mark Stallard slotted in from close range but Swindon equalised after Christian Roberts drilled in a shot.
Barry Corr then gave the visitors the lead with a six yard strike before turning provider as his pull-back allowed Lee Peacock to sidefoot home.
Stallard dinked in a shot to set up a tense finish but Swindon held on.
